Nydia's significance, deeply personal to her, was unveiled with a plaque for all our customers to see. It serves as a reminder of her courage and determination in the face of adversity. The back of the coffee bag features the plaque that stands beside Nydia in Salem today. The name “Nydia” is inspired by the medical term “NED”, meaning “No Evidence of Disease”. She embodies courage, tranquility, and a bit of magic -- everything one needs when facing uncertainty.
