We paired a rich, dark cocoa with a surprisingly bright pop of tart raspberry for this one, and it works way better than it sounds on paper.
Right when you grind it, you get a ton of raspberry and chocolate aroma. On the first sip, that sweet tart fruit hits you upfront before smoothing out into heavy chocolate and classic roasted coffee notes.
